- Transport: QUIC with BBR congestion control on LAN. iroh P2P with NAT traversal on the internet. DERP relay fallback when direct P2P fails.
- Security: TLS 1.3 + TOFU fingerprint (LAN), Noise protocol IK with curve25519 and ed25519 keys (remote), BLAKE3 verified streaming for file integrity.
- Platforms: macOS (SwiftUI, native), Windows (Tauri + Vue, native), iOS (SwiftUI, coming soon — in Apple review), any modern browser (Web UI embedded).
- Privacy: no telemetry, no accounts, no file content stored on any server, no DNS discovery (device IP never published to third-party servers).
- App size: under 50 MB on all platforms.
- Typical LAN transfer speed: 50+ MB/s on modern Wi-Fi 5/6 or Gigabit Ethernet.
- Open protocols: QUIC (RFC 9000), Noise Protocol Framework, BLAKE3.
- Free, no ads, no data collection.
